We want you to love our products, but we know every mama is different. If you receive a product you no longer want, we will accept unopened products for a refund or store credit within 60 days of purchase.
Please note we unfortunately can’t accept products where you were not the purchaser (as in, you received it as a gift) for a refund.
When you return a product to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Starting a return is easy - just contact us [link to contact us page] and select a refund as your subject line. A customer service specialist will be in touch with you to move things along.
Partial returns made on products that received a discount for being bundled or other discounts will be reflected in the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Since our products are all personal and we know you don’t want to share somebody else’s orders, we cannot accept returns on used products.

For exchanges, we follow the same process, but provide a free shipping code for your new purchase.
