Shipping and Fulfillment

We’re closed on weekend and Federal holidays, so we’re not able to ship or fulfill orders on those days - but we’ll get to your orders as soon as we can in the order they came in.

The following shipping options can be selected at checkout:

Free Domestic Shipment with USPS First Class Service

At Babe and Body we use USPS First Class service when mailing orders for free with $0 shipping fees to our customers. There are unfortunately no guarantees for “on time” delivery or promised times. Shipments may be delayed. We cannot provide insurance or any kind of guarantees about arrival to our customers, as we’re limited by what USPS can do. If you have any concerns about this, please contact customercare@babeandbody.com.

Damaged or Stolen Items

We’re committed to delivering you a great product, and that includes great packaging. Your order will be secured with 100% recycled shred in a thick carton box which is then further protected by a poly slip. In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged even with all of these safeguards, please send us an image and a note to customercare@babeandbody.com and we’ll rectify the situation.

We unfortunately are not responsible about stolen items that have been delivered to you, for example off of your front step, mail box, or condo mailroom. We encourage you to follow up with USPS and your credit card company for orders that were subjected to theft.

International Shipments

We currently only ship to the lower 48 states, not including US territories. Please stay tuned as we grow!

Order Processing, Changes and Cancellations

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation and an order ID. Most of our orders ship pretty quickly, so we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped and you receive a shipment notification. Please review your order carefully, making sure you have the right name, address, and products prior to payment.
